On June 19th, 2016 I had the opportunity to learn from one of the best! Melody Slemming from Mela Photography led a small group of professionals through a day full of wedding photography tricks, techniques, and valuable lessons. We also took part in a creative shoot, where numerous vendors collaborated to offer a beautiful setting for bride and groom portraits. It was a fantastic day! Not only did I learn a lot, but I also met some wonderful professionals. We all had the idea of, "community over competition." This empowered me to step outside of my comfort zone and try new things, ask questions, and collaborate with some wonderful individuals. Thanks again to Melody for the fantastic workshop!
