  • Family Session: Fisher

I had the pleasure of capturing the Fisher family's photos in July. The family was full of love and silliness. We spent the entire session laughing, most of the time it was from the jokes and interactions the kids had between each other. We ended the session capturing some photos in a bright and beautiful canola field. Thank you to the Fisher family for allowing me to capture some wonderful family photos to enjoy for years to come! Enjoy, Jas

  • Maternity: Nikki and Ryan

Nikki and Ryan are not only so natural to photograph, but so fun to hang out with! This was my second time working with them and each time becomes more and more enjoyable. During the entire session Ryan was nothing but a sweetheart towards Nikki, constantly helping her, complimenting her and comforting her the entire time. Both were tremendous with braving the hike over a bridge and up and down a few trails, I truly appreciate their efforts and I can't wait to meet their new addition. Enjoy, Jas

  • Baby Ella

Baby Ella was so cute during her newborn session. She wanted to be awake to see it all happen! Mom and dad were so patient and loving as Ella tried and tried not to fall asleep. I had the honour of capturing this wonderful couple's maternity session. As the sun came up and we arrived at Little Red Park, I was so excited to start this session. Chalayn and Parker's interaction with each other is so great to photograph and the breathtaking backdrop only added to what already was a beautiful session. I am so thankful for the time we spent together and all of the hiking we did to arrive at our session locations. I am looking forward to meeting their addition very soon! Cheers, Jas

I had the opportunity to capture this lovely couple's, engagement, wedding, maternity, and now their beautiful baby girl Blaire's newborn photos. In April, I spent a morning capturing this wonderful family of three in their beautiful home. Blaire was so sweet and even shared a few smiles for the camera. I am so thankful to capture this growing family. Jas

  • Engagement: Taylor and Brittany

Taylor and Brittany endured the cold for a beautiful snowy and windy engagement session. Demonstrating their love was easy, as Taylor continually made Brittany laugh and held her when she was cold. This session is a small look into the beautiful life together they have and will continue together. I am so excited to capture their wedding this winter. Cheers, Jas

  • Chelsea and Kyle

On November 12, 2016 Chelsea and Kyle tied the knot in a cozy ceremony in Shellbrook. The ceremony was so welcoming, as guest enjoyed the ceremony with a drink in hand. The beautiful rustic decor was breathtaking to say the least. As every table included an array of woodsy center pieces that brought the elegant elements of the outdoors to them. Chelsea and Kyle were both so kind and willing to brave the cool November breeze and track through numerous trees, to catch the sunset. As the day turned into the evening, many heartfelt speeches were given and many tears of joy and laughs were had. I want to say thank you to Chelsea and Kyle for asking me to capture their special day. Cheers, Jas

  • Monique and Jon

On August 27, 2016 Monique and Jon had a beautiful lake wedding at Morin Lake. This intimate ceremony was shared by family and friends surrounded by nature. The outdoor ceremony and reception reflected this couples love of adventure. We were able to sneak away and visit a small beach where we took some beautiful pictures of the place that Monique spent her summers. As the day went on everyone enjoyed an evening of dancing and visits. Thank you so much to Monique and Jon for asking me to capture your special day. Cheers, Jas

  • Sydney: Graduation

On July 12, 2016 I had the opportunity to take this wonderful and talented girl's graduation photos. We took advantage of her beautiful family farm as the setting for her session and explored each every area to capture not only this milestone in her life, but celebrate it right where she grew up. The best part of all, these pictures were not taken on her graduation day! So, we had lots of time to take and enjoy the photos. Please enjoy some of the beautiful images below. Cheers, Jas

  • Kendall and Jordan

On August 13, 2016 in Shellbrook, Kendall and Jordan got married in a wonderful ceremony along with many family and friends. Before the ceremony took place, the ladies took part in a lovely sing-a-long in the kitchen. As they sang and cheered their glasses together, these ladies were ready to go. The ceremony was lovely, as family and friends took part, it was evident that both Kendall and Jordan wanted everyone to feel like a part of their special day. One of my favorites parts of the day was the wedding pictures that took place in their beloved farm yard. The rustic backdrop was both beautiful and sentimental. The day went on with many laughs and stories and continued with an epic dance party. Finally, I want to thank both Kendall and Jordan for asking me to capture their special day. Cheers, Jas

  • Arielle and Mitch

On August 6, 2016 Arielle and Mitch said, "I do" in a beautiful Waskesiu wedding. Along with the warm weather, guests made their way to their seats and took in a charming ceremony where they enjoyed both love and nature. After the ceremony, Arielle and Mitch greeted and thanked guests for coming and made their way to take pictures with family and their wedding party. The scenery was endless, the most difficult part about taking pictures was deciding between all of the beautiful places to take them. The thing that I admired most about this couple was their easy going and willingness to try all of my ideas. As our pictures came to an end and we made our way back to the reception hall, to enjoy a delicious meal, we took a minute to sneak away to take advantage of the beautiful Saskatchewan skies and capture sunset pictures. I just want to say thank you to Arielle and Mitch for asking me to be a part of their special day. Cheers, Jas

  • Justin and Jodi

On July 9, 2016 this beautiful couple shared their love story with family friends in a lovely summer wedding in Saskatoon. The day started with a rockin' playlist created by Jodi. This included hit songs ranging from the early 90s to today. As she danced away in her make-up chair it was evident that she was full of excitement for the day. The house was full of love, with her mom, sister-in-laws, brothers, nieces, nephew, and friends, the house was oozing with good vibes. As her mom zipped up her dress, she put on her wedding shoes, which had a picture of her dad on the top of each shoe. I took a moment to reflect on how beautiful it was that she has her dad with her the entire day and so thankful that she asked me to capture her and Justin's special day. We all made our way to the church, where a charming and sweet ceremony took place. As her brother and mom walked Jodi down the isle, Justin was beaming. As a wedding photographer or even a guest, the look of the groom, when the bride is walking down the isle is priceless. After the ceremony along with Jodi and Justin, family, and the bridal party, gathered at Kinsmen Park to take pictures. As we arrived at the park, we were delayed by a little down pour, which perfectly fit into the idea that rain on your wedding day is good luck! Many laughs were had as we continued with our pictures that afternoon. After the formals, the bridal party cruised to the reception to enjoy a wonderful meal and entertainment from some great MCs. As they entered the hall, many guest enjoyed and participated in a hilarious program. As the night continued, Jodi and Justin shared their first dance as husband and wife as guests looked on at these two wonderful people. I just want to say thank you for asking me to capture your special day and sharing these memories for you to enjoy . *A big thank you to Makoi Belen Photography for helping me out that day as well Cheers, Jas
